Two lease agreements, totaling 13,300 square meters, were extended with:

Budapest Papír, a leading paper wholesaler of Hungary owned by PaperlinX Group, which currently occupies 6,760 square meters in Building C at ProLogis Harbor Park, a strategically located modern logistics park adjacent to the M6 motorway and the Danube River on the southern border of Budapest, just 12 km south of the central business district.

Geodis Calberson Hungaria, Europe’s leading groupage and express services supplier, which currently occupies a total of 6,550 square meters in Building Three at ProLogis Park Budapest-Gyál, located 18 kilometers southeast of the Budapest City Center and 17 kilometers (km) from the Budapest International Airport. The park is adjacent to the southbound M5 motorway towards Serbia and Romania, and near the M5-M0 motorway junction.

In Central and Eastern Europe, ProLogis has a portfolio totaling 3.7 million square meters at 41 distribution parks.
